You tried bulletproof coffee/matcha?
grassfed butter/ghee with mct oil/coconut oil. I'll also add in milk and sugar as needed, but i have that in the morning and I'm good till the afternoon. Might have a steak then, but I'm essentially good for the rest of the day. Gotten to the point where I might even have an accidental fast 😆
