Doubtful, they will just do what they should have done to begin with. Not responded to any of it except through lawyers if needed. The allegations from this woman seem very immature and it seems like she had a long documented history with the HR department and acting out at LMG. Why they didn't isolate and terminate her to protect the company should be internally investigated and likely end in the HR manager losing his job for not doing the one thing HR is there for protecting the company from bad PR related to minorities.
