Ouch. Unfortunately this happens to many of those app-only NEO banks. I've had similar issues with N26 and cryptocom in the past and had to provide tax information and proof of where the assets came from for them to allow me access to my own funds. It's easy to get started but when things go south, these app banks are often terrible to deal with.
