You can't deny that the hardware is cool. An ARM CPU, a good GPU, good battery autonomy. A quite good cooling system.
The downside are the soldered storage, ram and the absence of an M.2 slot for anything.
And Asahi Linux give power over that hardware to the user. If the next gen hardware gets a little bit more upgradable (storage upgrade) I'll probably replace my laptop with an Apple Silicon laptop.
