Not included in the cookbook were a couple of other fun tips to add to the presentation of the dishes. Chef Perm showed making a rose from a strip of mango peel (basically just peel half the mango in a single strip and roll it together), and edible garnishes that look like flowers made from green onion and using either a bean sprout or strip of pumpkin as the center of the "flower."
