Ok! Getting very excited about this Bible study!

Reviewing the replies, it looks like Wednesdays 18:00 EST / 22:00 GMT on Nostr Nests works the best. Except in the near term, April 10th and 24th don’t work well for me, and May 1st doesn’t work for Ale.

I propose we begin meeting for Bible study May 8, but as a prayer group at this time for whoever is able to do so starting whenever! I will at least plan to have a prayer Nest on April 17th and May 1st.

As this will be a custom “curriculum,” starting next month also gives a little time to pull something together beyond just winging it 😂

The plan is to read the Gospels (or at least start with one of them (probably Luke)) and then examine places in the Old Testament that foreshadowed Jesus, then kind of spiral out in a context-gaining exploration until we eventually gain some exposure to the whole Bible.

I’m looking forward to exploring the Bible with you!
Please pray that this will be a fruitful endeavor and that our minds will be filled with insight and understanding as we seek God’s face in the Word.

Starting a Bible study on either Nests or Cornychat at 22:00 GMT (18:00 EST) on either Tuesdays or Wednesdays!

Questions for those interested:

— do you prefer Tuesdays or Wednesdays?

— do you prefer Nests or Cornychat?

So I’ve been thinking of doing a recurring Bible study / prayer room on Nests or Cornychat; this may be what finally makes me do it 😂

Would a weekday evening (EST / New York time) other than Thursday or Friday interest you?
