I just lost my home care aide for the last week of every month.
We tried to spread it out throughout the month by lowering my daily aide from 6 hours to 4.5 hours of care but my aide is saying she'll have to cut days so she can take on other clients to get the benefit of the significant raise because a 4.5 hour shift with driving, etc, won't let her schedule additional clients.
