watched this video by the Bateman Horne Center on ways to assess and treat Orthostatic Intolerance in patients with ME/CFS. It’s directed toward healthcare providers, much of it way over my head.
Yet some specifics re treatment are easy to understand and useful … including wearing compression garments, which encouraged me to wear my leggings. I’m even trying an exercise waist cincher thing I had bc goddammit I’m desperate! No pix sry not sry
