Files if I remember correctly, they have every convo, list of followers and block lists etc. You should be able to navigate it manually! Unless things have changed. Used to be free websites you would also have to risk trusting - where you could upload this to - and they would remove everything. Upside you keep your handle safe and then you can just stop using the site.
