Ofc but the control isn't centralised that's the big factor.

I'd say centralised platforms are extremely bad for privacy because of the lack of control the user has with their own data. Plus KYC etc.

To say Nostr is 'extremely' bad for privacy is difficult for me to comprehend at this point because 1. Extreme is a strong word I'd certainly appropriate towards centralised platforms and 2. I don't know enough about Nostr yet - other than I can access it with a private key that as far as I'm aware - only I can verify access with - that's huge for my privacy.

This doesn't land it in the 'extremely' bad for privacy category for me. It's such a strong word to use.
