as a skinny person until i wasn't, i can attest that having fat on your chest area is very noticable and dominates your sensorium, something i discovered when i got a bit fat at one point, and then again more recently
half of the human race has boobies, and they are very nice, and they define a big part of what it means to be human, to either have boobs, or want to bury your face in them
