For example ..let us say we create a new consensus rule ..that every node shall get one Bitcoin .. irrespective they mine or not ! ..

It will say add 100 k Bitcoin more .. and has a sound logical reason to expand the network .. may be some kind of reward scheme where you get say .1 BTC per month for next hundred months for running a node ..

Would you say NO to such a consensus change appeal ??
