I don't know how Retnull's Android client works. You could post a comment on the bounty and ask (I don't know their contact info): https://bounties.monero.social/posts/94/31-001m-nostr-client-for-monero I guess it could be useful to have a standard for Monero tips, which multiple clients could implement, so that tipping would be interoperable between different clients and relays.
