I currently get magnesium from taking the LMNT electrolyte mix (1x/day if no exercise...more frequently 2x/day since I almost ALWAYS exercise). That includes potassium and sodium and I get more sodium because I do 8-10 grinds of salt into every 20 oz of water I drink.
Also add more magnesium via Jigsaw Health's Mag SRT (which also has the B-complex).
Of course, I also have a few other sleep hacks: cool/cold/dark room while also sleeping on a Chilipad and grounding mat, off electronics by 1-2 hr before bedtime, read fiction using non-led light (the old-fashioned incandescent bulbs)...sometime some glycine or honey before bed, etc.
