Is there such a thing as Maritime Lawyer Fediverse?
I understand the crew is essentially a part of the machine that is the Dali, and that there are entry laws and these folks wouldn't have been allowed to disembark anyway had this not happened, but I don't get the justification for further imperiling their lives with controlled demolition while the crew remains on board. For the sake of a visa? This smacks of negligence to my lay interpretation.
