I think it's important that if you do a job, you do it well. As well as you can. I question these Gen Z's who want buffers and safety around their time and call out employers quickly for stepping on their personal space. I never had that, but slowly I'm realizing, yeah, they do have a point. Employers will give you all the rope you need and plenty of drop without asking too many questions, and for a guy like me, it can be risky. The Z's, they just hand the rope back. LOL
