I'm not Ukranian, I'm American so the war has no effect on my life. I also don't think Ukraine being corrupt means that Russia (also famously corrupt and has a history going back hundreds of years of indiscriminate war crimes) who is at war with Ukraine wouldn't bomb a children's hospital in Ukraine.
