None of articles in Guardian/Observer this w/e, which complain about gloomy optics of Labour's "difficult choices", mention that the basic economic justification for austerity is fundamentally flawed, bec. taxes don't finance public spending.
It's fear of "the markets" (Truss) that paralyses them, & they lack courage & conviction to counter it by preaching a sound well argued alternative vision, based on MMT.
So much time wasted!
