Man - on a nice day Franga is just beautiful looking out over the water. I figured in time that the bogans would be pushed out further from the water. I couldn't face that commute though!
When I first moved to Northcote in the late 90s you could buy a 2 beddy unit in the high 300s. I should have done that & worked full time rather than waste my time at uni. Life's full of lessons.
