Stealing the result, using the result in training AI... it doesn’t have the context of the life experience behind it. Every piece of art has a thousand or more little things in your life that influenced it. And the thief doesn’t know about those. The AI doesn’t know about those.
I’ve had people insist they drew one of my icons. I’ve seen a penny press machine with my stolen art on it. My brush strokes on it. Like... no one can tell me they made it, because I remember the decisions that made it.
