Oh awesome! As a recently pregnant woman Iβm interested in what else are in these power balls π€ Iβve gotten really interested in traditional foods for pregnancy and postpartum.
I think lotus seeds are supposed to be rather high in protein, like beans. So it makes lots of sense, you need extra protein for growing babies.
I had strong cravings for beans and other protein π
