Colorado joins four other states (California, Illinois, Maryland and Minnesota) in banning book bans!
This new bill also:
- makes the names of people trying to ban books public record.
- protects library workers from "the whims of politicians or the demands of the public."
Things like this make me proud to be a Colorado resident.
