People are noticing the hugening and commenting which makes me feel good as by the numbers I'm the same size as last time but by the eye test and the details I feel I look significantly better all around than last year. Also downloaded CK3 again a couple of days ago after not touching any PC games for like 5 months and been enjoying the new content, and actually been having, believe it or not...fun.

Man these 2 hour workouts have gotta stop (and they will for a few days when I take vacation soon) but I can't help it. I both want to do my hard and heavy lifting before the gym gets packed and I want to mire and be mired by the cardio bunnies and works glutes only thots while doing my easy (for me :bane: ) stuff but who don't get there till the gym gets packed 🤷 .
