Freedom of speech is one thing. People are free to say what they want. I advocate for this right everyday, for everyone.

I also have the free speech to disagree and to voice my disagreement. Others do as well. I abhor people who try to normalize the abuse of children, and I have the right to express that. I don't need to follow their accounts to know that.

The libertarian principle of "live and let live" is closely tied to the harm principle. This principle says that people should be free to act as they wish, provided their actions do not cause harm to others. Only then can interference with soneone's actions be justified.

I am not advocating for violence or silencing. I don't know if this person is acting on their beliefs.

I do not advocate for cancel culture, but as a Libertarian, I do advocate for callout culture.

No one can be cancelled on Nostr, but they can be deplatformed. Eventually, they will find their circle here with other likeminded people, but that circle does not have to extend over onto mine.
