More RP2350 features:
* Arm Trustzone, so apps can be isolated from your secure bootloader (and e.g. can't read your signing keys)
* A new ROM which supports UART boot, flash partitions, code signing, copying to SRAM for execution, selecting Arm or RISC-V mode, and more.
* The M33 can only do single-precision float, so there's a custom co-pro to accelerate double-precision float maths.
* A custom co-pro for single-cycle GPIO set/clear/xor/toggle.
* More power-management options.
