W/ respect: my limited understanding of self custody of bitcoin is that as energy (and thus a physical thing) true equity (in the in vogue sense) is impossible. What bitcoin Sarah has custody of/ keys to right now, Fred cannot have custody of (in the same way and at the same time). Akin to a chair- where Sarah sits, Fred cannot sit (in the same way and at the same time). I do not believe this is different for any physical things.

Differently, information on how to access bitcoin can and should be equitable. As a non physical thing, the _idea_ of how to acquire it can be held by many (infinite) as long as the have a non physical means to receive the idea (intellect).

Thus while it’s futile to pursue equitable distribution of self custody of coin, it would be possible to pursue equitable distribution of the means to self custody. Am I in error or is this sound ? #docchain
