I finally found a really solid sub for mayo! The recipe mentions optionally mixing in extra stuff and reducing the amount of yogurt. I cut yogurt to 1/2 c and added in about a 1/4c of roasted red peppers and a generous sprinkle of chipotle. This is going on cheeseburgers tonight and fries for my dinner guest who insists on eating food my food eats
