TBF I have an oracle free-tier VPS (Not for this instance) and the process of setting up the account and getting it provisioned took over a week with all the issues regarding payment methods and shit (Yes Oracle requires a valid credit card even for a free VPS). Oracle is probably the worst cloud service I have ever used (The website didn't even work with brave until relatively recently).
