A customer just publicly complained about our business online. Here’s my process for dealing with it:
1 - apologize profusely even though we’re not at fault
2 - issue a full refund even though it results in the business loosing money
3 - buy more sats and move them to multi-sig cold storage so that there are less sats available for the customer who complained when they finally realize that fiat is failing them
4 - smile, knowing that I have already won
