While that's certainly *better* the problem with that model is you're still reliant on spam farm public relays for most of your reads, which impacts performance dramatically. As those relays get slower and slower from the glut of spam, performance will continue to get worse on apps that use them. It's the best anyone can do without using a caching server like NostrGram does, though, and I applaud the effort to make things better.
