Vegan food experiment of the day. I bookmarked this a couple months ago and just now getting around to trying it. I made it during my lunch break so it's easy to make. I added some salt but otherwise didn't change any ingredients. After i made the base recipe I cooked some with taco seasoning and made tacos. Added a bit of coconut oil for fat. I recommend this recipe! I may end up adding some tempeh to it for protein. #Vegan #Cooking
