The presidential ( and parliamentary in India) may be the last ones to adopt pure electronic voting - but there are so many (not so consequential ) elections at the county and state level that can be dealt with #nostr voting ... school board representatives for example - city controllers ... props .. There is no need for such measures to wait for the paper ballot - .. Plus there is always an option to ratify electronic voting through a paper ballot later ..
