🌲Hidden🌲 (npub1g0u…3vfw) ren (npub1vdd…tkfq) i'm also curious about that... my favorite odyssey translation is the emily wilson. in a lot of ways it does away with the pretense of older translations, though maybe she goes too far with it, idk. i personally don't really like when english translators try to mimic homer's meter but maybe i should try to learn how to enjoy it better
