Android tech folks: I have a garbage bandwidth package from Visible, that's severely throttled most of the time. (Clearly a ploy to get me to upgrade. Not gonna happen.) In any case, I often send notes to myself from my phone via Gmail so I can deal with the issue on my desktop. When I send a simple one or two sentences of text using Gmail, why does it go to the outbox and sit there for minutes and sometimes hours before sending? Thoughts?
