Aging is like a form of time travel. The further ahead you get in age the further back in time you go physically and mentally.
The above statement Obviously does not apply to everyone, but has been my experience with it. Landline anyone? Flip phone, low tech, hi viz, stretch pants, slip-on shoes, calendar, same food choices everyday ...
