New all time Deadlift PR again because there wasn't enough space on the Trap(ezoid you sickos) bar to put a 10 a 5 and a 2.5 plate on after the big plates so I just put on 2 10s at the end and hoisted it, will go for even more next week

Just 2 days of eating normally and going back to not drinking and we're back down the 2 lbs that I gained during vacation lol. Also went to the new cafe again but this time there were no single women in my age range despite it being mostly full. Uh oh, did we get too hopeful Lyle bros....
