The only thing surprising is that the system is able to survive for so long.

People know they should eat healthy, they know they should exercise.
People don't want to know the actual tax burden.
People don't want to know how the fiat system works.
People don't want to know how and by whom their cheap denim pants are made.

Humanity is sitting on a bike on a downhill path.
The breaks have broken, the speed is building up.
We know the best thing we can do is throw ourselfs to the ground right now...
But we keep hoping the next corner will be the lowest point and we won't crash against a tree...
And the speed has increased so much that throwing ourselves to the ground is not a sane option anymore..
