If you're a doctor who missed over a month with severe viral symptoms (possibly, let's say Covid related?) & come back, I'd appreciate NOT seeing one of my patients for the first time & changing 5 of their medications.
I'd appreciate some humility, collaboration, rather than flippant "well we don't need that" when your changes cause 10 lbs weight gain in 10 days for a patient pursuing weight loss.
