Just 2 days of eating normally and going back to not drinking and we're back down the 2 lbs that I gained during vacation lol. Also went to the new cafe again but this time there were no single women in my age range despite it being mostly full. Uh oh, did we get too hopeful Lyle bros....

Went to a nice cafe that has always been near my gym but I never tried till yesterday because it's a tad expensive and always full of hipsters, but unlike Starbucks it still has some women my age and younger and their selection of snacks like stuffed croissants and such is actually quite nice so after today I might just make it a regular thing now that it's summer.
Also going to pin whatever's my most recent physique poast from now on as a reference point, thought about making it a profile pic but that's a bit much innit.
