Except if you don't establish a consensus on what "women first" means, you'll end up with a bunch of people with completely different and opposing ideas, some tugging in different directions, but the majority just sitting on their ass because they're afraid of conflict. But establishing the said consensus means basically settings unified standards for the movement which is *checks notes* dictatorship and purity spiral.
