Doesn't even matter, he/she can pretend to be whatever, but the reality is that the underlying biology can NOT be changed.
And anyone who really cares about other people would not lie to them about such things. The result of chemical & surgical interventions can only be a shorter life filled with chronic health issues.
It's all some sort of sick corporate money making scam rooted in the desire to reduce populations via the destruction of fertility.
