Back in the swing of things and despite thinking I would take 6 days off from lifting for vacation it turned out the cousin I was staying with for the latter 4 days had a gym in his building and had gotten into lifting not long ago so I taught him a few things and worked out with him everyday meaning I ended up only taking the equivalent of a weekend off. Also was able to eat relatively clean despite it all and ended up gaining only a pound (if even that- as it's within the margin of error). Either way it's like we never left and today's workout was bigger and better than last weeks when I last did it.

>I did it again

Welp, looks like that'll be the last lifting session until this time next week as I'm out for vacation until then as of tomorrow. Thus ends my longest unbroken streak of lifting everyday that goes back to the end of Christmas break that has gotten me into by far my best shape, strongest, healthiest, and most self confident SO FAR in my life.

I hope you learn a lesson from this friends- that you can and should be lifting everyday or as close to it as your body allows, because as my daily poasts show- it is certainly possible, and its probably the best thing for improving the state of your life that you can do on your own.
