Thought it could be an idea to have a pledging interest type site for unmade projects. Similar to what Laeserin (nprofile…q5j3) was saying with crowdfunding maybe?
With expressions of interest: 👍, pledge sats: 🌩️ for completion (not sure if you could have some sort of pot of sats to be redeemed, maybe that's overly complicated)
Eg
