i just had direct, first hand experience why you do not roll down a hill as steep as velho das ginjas on a bicycle
literally tumbled head over heels and have concrete scrapes on everything except my right shoulder (must be my systema training) and now i know what it feels like to tumble down a concrete slope covered in bumps rough enough that cars can actually go down and up it (i think it's about 30' by my eye estimation, maybe 35)
had my bica, and hamburgeur and one super bock preta and i can barely type but now i shall enforce a relaxation period during which i will not use computer
