Check out Kenzi's transformation, a Cocker Spaniel from Cocker Spaniel Rescue of Austin & San Antonio.
I have no other information other than these photos are at least 10 years old, so I doubt she is still up for adoption.
It appears she has some kind of mange on the left. there are two types of mange; Sarcoptic, which can be transmitted to humans, and Demodex, which is not contagious. It can really only be diagnosed from a skin scrape, but sooooometimes I can tell by how the mange looks - if I HAD to guess, I would say she had Sarcoptic mange sometimes called Red Mange due to the bleeding and redness of the skin.
