Personally I'm not so sure he's lying. Boogie is self destructive. It's possible he lied, but it's also possible he's just stupid, spending money on redundant tests for nonsensical reasons, and is choosing to die on a retarded hill bc he was having a histrionic episode anyway.
Destiny was bullshitting on the treatment for the two diseases being significantly different. Boogie was right about that.
