Brother Nathaniel isn't saying that Jews' control over world finance and media is in any way magical, but rather that it's a practical, economic matter. He's also not saying that only Jews are evil, nor that evil doesn't exist in men's hearts. His point, rather, is that the Jews are especially spiritually corrupt and have a great animosity toward Christ and toward Christianity, and that their motivation for their deeds is largely an irrational hatred.
And the thing is, even with regards to Jewish tribalism, this can be seen in Russian history: The leaders of Jewish communities would often form their own shadow governments that would institute policies that even screw over people of their own tribes, simply because their priorities were more greatly focused on trying to tear down Christianity and Christian rulers than on actually doing anything to benefit their own people.
In Solzhenitsyn's "200 Years Together", it talks of how the Russian monarchs kept trying to work out ways to integrate Jews into the rest of Russian society, such as by means of teaching the Jews how to farm for example, and the Jews would rather sell their own equipment and refuse to work than actually take care of themselves, because their local Jewish shadow government gave the order to sell the equipment and try to waste as much of the Russian Tsars' money on aid as possible.
There's many different ways in which Jews tried to keep the Christians in Belarus poor, ensnared in vices like drunkenness, and worse yet, they sought to get these Belarusian Christians to deny their faith in Christ and to deny Christ's divinity.
Ultimately the end conclusion of this tension between Jews and Christians throughout the Russian Empire culminated in an international Jewish conspiracy to overthrow the Russian Tsar and to try to destroy the Russian Orthodox Church, by means of Communist revolution.
Regarding Jews and vaxx compliance in Israel, this too is another example of Jews screwing over their own people on purpose, toward the greater aim of a higher goal: globalization. Ironically enough, the Jews in America at least actively sought to exempt themselves from vaccine mandates, which is a stark contrast to what went down in Israel.
