You did a lot of work on that hellthread and I wasn't 100% clear on all of the rules laid out.
Plus, we're not familiar with most of the people off-server that was participating in the thread, so, for us, it's hard to know who is/isn't an alt, or who is/isn't okay because they were technically okay because of a server migration, etc.
Just like I'm sure you're not 100% about NAS posters.
