Learned last night that people in the US can now mail-order prescription ketamine from several vendors, and as someone who began reporting on psychedelic medicine back in 2001, I'm not so sure about this. The companies typically send you the pills and say they'll have someone on a video call with you during the ketamine experience. But after reading reviews, the guides seem barely-trained & dosages are all over the place. Not super-duper great IMO.
