Although I'd love to believe a change of guard is in play, I do not see that if Biden "wins" another election. In fact, it would give them 4 more years to significantly change our trajectory as a democracy that supports private property and individual sovereignty.
Yes, the pressures will probably require a few mid-level scapegoats and maybe a mysterious death or two to protect the NGOs orchestrating this wealth and freedom transfer.
